New Multi-Path Probate Bond Application: One Form, Three Speeds, Zero Confusion

We’ve rebuilt our agency probate bond application from the ground up, and it’s now available both online and as a matching PDF.

The Problem We Solved

For years, clients told us the same thing: our online form didn’t match the PDF. Questions were worded differently. Fields didn’t line up. And when you switched between formats mid-application, you had to start over.

We fixed it.

What Makes ProbateCourtBond.com Different

We specialize in probate bonds. That’s it. Not commercial bonds, not contractor bonds. Just probate, guardianship, and fiduciary bonds.

Because we know this market so well, we’ve refined the application process to identify and place each application with the perfect match. We ask questions that matter: Do you want the bond faster, or do you want the lowest cost? These are important distinctions because not everyone’s needs are the same.

But we can meet them all.

We even have solutions for applicants with prior bankruptcy (if discharged and you’ve maintained a good credit score since).

One Form. Three Applications.

Our new form (PCBUA-2601) gives you three completion paths depending on your situation:

1. Full Application (12–15 minutes)

Complete all fields. Designed to answer underwriter questions before they ask them. Reduces back and forth. Best for complex estates, contested cases, or bonds over $$40k.

2. Short Application (8–10 minutes)

Complete only the white-highlighted fields. Works well for straightforward cases under $$40k or when time is tight.

3. Existing Client – Blanket Bond (5–7 minutes)

For clients already approved under our blanket bond program. Complete only the rows marked with a side bar. Fast. Simple. Done.

What’s New

Expanded from 2 pages to 3 pages (+ authorization page). More room to write. More explanation at each question. Less guessing.

Matching online and PDF versions. Same questions. Same order. Same language. Switch formats without losing progress or sanity.

Better underwriting intel up front. We added targeted questions on real estate vacancy, insurance gaps, successor fiduciary status, disputes, litigation, and prior possession of assets. The exact issues that trigger underwriter follow-up.

Step-by-step instruction guide in development. We’re building question-by-question guidance on how to answer properly and why it matters. Coming soon.

Why This Matters

Probate bonds shouldn’t require a law degree to apply for. And underwriters shouldn’t have to chase the same missing details on every file.

This form reduces friction on both sides. Clients get clarity. Underwriters get completeness. Everyone gets faster turnaround.
